ANA Named 2025 World's Best Airport Services Airline, Malaysia Airlines Ranks 6th!

The 2025 Skytrax World Airline Awards for Best Airport Services have just been announced — and Japan’s All Nippon Airways (ANA) has once again claimed the top spot for its outstanding ground service!

Making a proud appearance on the global stage is Malaysia Airlines, which secured 6th place worldwide, right behind regional aviation powerhouse Singapore Airlines.

The Best Airport Services award, presented by Skytrax, evaluates every touchpoint of a traveller’s journey through an airline’s hub airport — from ticketing, check-in, and lounge experience to boarding, transfers, and arrivals. The award recognises the airline’s overall excellence in ground service and its dedication to providing a seamless, efficient experience for passengers.

Asian airlines dominated this year’s rankings, with most of the top 10 spots occupied by carriers from the region, including Japan Airlines, EVA Air, Cathay Pacific, and Singapore Airlines.
