New Thai Entry Requirement: Things to Know About the Digital Arrival Card

Planning a trip to Thailand? Starting 1 May 2025, all international travellers (with a few exceptions) will be required to complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) within 3 days before arriving in Thailand.

Whether you're arriving by air, land, or sea, all international visitors are required to complete this digital arrival form.

All non-Thai nationals, except:

  • Transit passengers who do not go through immigration

  • Travellers holding a valid border pass

All visitors must submit the TDAC no earlier than three days before arrival, including the day of arrival itself.

You can fill out the form individually or as a group, and your information can be updated anytime before travel.

How to Submit the TDAC:

  1. Visit the official website: tdac.immigration.go.th

  2. Choose between individual or group submission

  3. Enter your personal details, travel itinerary, accommodation, and health declaration

  4. Submit the form

  5. Save or print the confirmation to present at immigration

Previously, it was also reported that as the TDAC replaces the old TM6 paper form, plans for a proposed 300-baht tourism fee may be delayed to avoid confusion during the transition to this new system.
