经常乘坐亚航 AirAsia航班的人注意啦：亚航昨日（9月1日）起已开始征收柜台登记费！据公司表示：之所以采取此行动主要是在疫情的期间鼓励乘客使用非接触式登记。而亚航也已在全国各各机场安装了非接触式自助登记亭，也推出了升级版的手机应用程序以提高运营效率，希望可以为乘客带来更多便利。国内航班征收RM20；出国RM30 据了解，目前柜台登记费为国内航班20令吉，而国际航班则为30令吉，而且登记费是照人头计算。简单来说，假设说有一群朋友（三个人）从吉隆坡来回槟城，若来回都是柜台登记，总共需要支付的柜台登记费为RM120。付费可采用现金或信用卡。若要节省时间，乘客也可透过亚航官网或手机应用程序预订柜台登记服务。如何避免柜台登记费？当然，更简单的是直接利用自助登记亭或手机应用程序登记啦！一旦完成登记手续，就可以自己打印登机牌及行李标签。一切都是免费哦！将行李标签贴在对应的行李后，就可以将行李放到行李托运柜台。要注意的是，行李托运柜台的开放时间依然不改变：国内航班起飞前的2小时开放；国际航班则是起飞前3小时开放。目前柜台登记费适用于国内及国际航班，包括马来西亚、越南、汶莱、柬埔寨、寮国、台北、高雄及夏威夷檀香山。所以不只是大马人需要支付柜台登记费啦！当然，亚航也表示，有些人将能豁免缴付柜台登记费。这些人包括行动不便者、带婴儿（24月）旅行的乘客、独自旅行的未成年乘客（YPTA） […]
